Double Blow To Israel's Gaza War; ICJ Orders Halt To Rafah Offensive In New 'Stronger'

The ICJ has ordered Israel to halt its offensive in the southern Gaza city of Rafah and withdraw from the enclave. The historic ruling is the second in a case brought by South Africa accusing Israel of genocide. While orders are legally binding, the court has no police to enforce them.
