नागरिकता संशोधन अधिनियम (CAA Citizenship Amendment Act) की अधिसूचना जारी होने के बाद आज पहली बार 14 लोगों को सिटीजनशिप सर्टिफिकेट सौंपे गए है...इसके साथ ही पाकिस्तान , बांग्लादेश, अफगानिस्तान से प्रताड़ित (Protest in PoK ) गैर मुस्लिम प्रवासियों को भारत की नागरिकता देने की प्रक्रिया शुरु हो गई है....केंद्रीय गृह सचिव अजय भल्ला ने आज 14 लोगों को प्रमाण पत्र सौंपे...साथ ही आवेदकों को नागरिकता संशोधन अधिनियम की महत्वपूर्ण बातें भी बताई...इस मौके पर सचिव, डाक, निदेशक और भारत के रजिस्ट्रार जनरल सहित कई वरिष्ठ अधिकारी मौजूद रहे....भारत सरकार ने 11 मार्च 2024 को नागरिकता संशोधन अधिनियम को अधिसूचित किया था...इस कानून के जरिए पाकिस्तान , बांग्लादेश औऱ अफगानिस्तान से आए हिंदू, सिख, बौद्ध, जैन, ईसाई और पारसी धर्म से जुड़े शरणार्थियों को भारतीय नागरिकता दी जाएगी
